When it comes to vacate cleans, you will be amazed on how much work is actually involved. Its a lot more than a dust and wipe. There is a lot of elbow grease involved.

What We Do

​Bedrooms

  • Built in robes-tracks cleaned

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Inside window and window sills

  • All Floor coverings

  • All floors to be vacuumed, mopped, cleaned throughout

  • Skirting boards to be cleaned throughout

  • Carpets to be professionally steamed cleaned with proof of receipt

  • All inside windows to be cleaned

  • All window sills / tracks to be cleaned including sliding doors

  • Marks to be cleaned of curtains / blinds ( if applicable )

  • Spot check of walls

 

General​​

  • Power points & light switches to be wiped over to remove prints/grime fans to be wiped and free of dust

  • Ceiling fans to be wiped and free of dust

  • Remove cobwebs from inside

  • All Inside Windows cleaned

  • Toilets clean thoroughly & disinfected inside / outside and behind

  • Drawers to be cleaned inside / outside

  • Mirrors to be cleaned with no marks
